1. Who controls your data

Champs FC is operated by Cuyler Consulting, which is the data controller. For any privacy request, contact ross@kinglyclark.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your email address and display name.
  • Gameplay data — the pools you join, the picks you make, and your results.
  • Technical data — basic usage and device/log information needed to run and secure the service.
  • Cookies — essential authentication cookies that keep you signed in (see below).

3. How & why we use it

To create and run your account, operate pools and settle rounds, keep the service secure, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you (running the game), our legitimate interests (security and improvement), and consent or legal obligation where applicable.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your sign-in session. These are required for the game to work; we don't use them for advertising. Our analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless — it sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

5. Who we share it with (processors)

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Football fixture/result data providers (we send them no personal data).

6. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account from your account page, your profile, pool entries and picks are permanently removed. We may retain limited records where the law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can update your details or erase your account yourself from the account page, or contact us. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

9. Children

The service is for players aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

10. International transfers
